1. Service provider
YardlyStudio is operated by the owner of the YardlyStudio Telegram bot and Mini App. In these Terms, YardlyStudio, we, and us mean that operator and the service surfaces they control. The support channel for the MVP is the Telegram bot support flow.
Regional eligibility
YardlyStudio is not available to users located in the Russian Federation or to citizens or residents of the Russian Federation. This restriction is a necessary compliance measure due to Russian personal data localization requirements.
2. What YardlyStudio sells
YardlyStudio sells digital AI-assisted concept products for outdoor spaces:
Products are digital goods or services delivered inside Telegram or through the Mini App. Paid digital products inside Telegram are charged in Telegram Stars (currency code XTR).
- Yard Concepts: three AI concept directions for a front yard, backyard, or full property, based on up to three uploaded photos and a short questionnaire.
- PDF Summary: a shareable summary of the generated concept set.
- Materials + Local Estimate: a rough AI-assisted list of materials, approximate local price ranges, public source links, and public contractor contacts when available.
- Concept Regeneration: another generation pass for an eligible ready project.
3. Important limits
- YardlyStudio produces concept inspiration, not architectural, engineering, construction, zoning, drainage, permit-ready, or safety documentation.
- Images, descriptions, budgets, materials, sources, and contacts may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be checked by qualified local professionals.
- Materials estimates are rough AI estimates, not bids, quotes, offers, guarantees, or contractor price commitments.
- Generated results do not guarantee feasibility, availability of materials, compliance with local rules, or any final build outcome.
4. Your responsibilities
- You must have the rights and lawful basis to upload photos, masks, prompts, questionnaire text, and location details.
- You must not upload photos of people, third-party private property, personal data, or private information unless you have a lawful basis and all required consent.
- You must follow the Acceptable Use policy and Telegram rules.
- You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them and for consulting professionals before making real-world decisions.
5. Payments and delivery
Telegram Stars payments are processed by Telegram's payment surfaces. YardlyStudio creates invoices, checks pre-checkout eligibility, confirms successful payments, and then delivers the purchased digital product. We only treat a purchase as paid after Telegram sends a successful payment update.
Free referral credits, when available, apply only to the base Yard Concepts product and do not unlock paid add-ons.
6. Refunds and remedies
Refund and support rules are described in the Refund & Support Policy. In short: if a paid product is not delivered as described, is objectively defective, or cannot be delivered after retry, YardlyStudio may provide a retry, free regeneration, credit, or a full Telegram Stars refund. Subjective dissatisfaction with a delivered concept is handled separately from objective non-delivery or defect.
7. Changes, availability, and enforcement
YardlyStudio may pause features for maintenance, provider outages, abuse prevention, legal reasons, or safety. We may refuse, cancel, remove, or limit content or accounts that violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use policy, Telegram rules, or applicable law.
