Refund & Support Policy

This policy explains when YardlyStudio retries a job, grants a credit, or refunds Telegram Stars for non-delivery or objective defects.

Support channel. Open the YardlyStudio bot and use /paysupport. Include the project, product, and what went wrong. Do not send full payment charge ids unless support asks for a safe verification step.

YardlyStudio aims to answer payment support within two business days during MVP operation.

1. Delivery expectations

  • Yard Concepts: normally generated within minutes; if the project remains undelivered after 24 hours, support treats it as a delivery issue.
  • PDF Summary: normally generated shortly after unlock; if it cannot be opened or remains unavailable after 24 hours, support treats it as a delivery issue.
  • Materials + Local Estimate: normally generated after city confirmation and payment; if it remains unavailable after 24 hours, support treats it as a delivery issue.
  • Concept Regeneration: follows the Yard Concepts delivery standard for the additional generation pass.

2. When we retry or credit

YardlyStudio may retry the job, provide a free regeneration, or grant a credit when:

  • Payment is confirmed but the corresponding job did not start.
  • A provider outage, timeout, or internal error prevents delivery.
  • A generated file is broken, empty, unreadable, in the wrong language, linked to the wrong project, or materially less than the advertised deliverable.
  • A ready_partial result needs completion for missing paid deliverables.

3. When we refund Stars

YardlyStudio may issue a full Telegram Stars refund through Telegram's refundStarPayment flow when a paid digital product is not delivered, cannot be repaired by retry, or is objectively defective. Refunds are not automatic for subjective dissatisfaction with an otherwise delivered concept direction.

A purchase can be refunded only once. Support records the decision, product, project, masked or hashed charge references, and any relevant job or support timeline to prevent duplicate refunds and fraud.

4. Ready_partial results

A ready_partial project may count as partial delivery when at least one concept is usable. If a paid product promised a specific count or file and that part is missing, YardlyStudio will try to complete it or provide an appropriate remedy.

5. What support may ask for

  • Your Telegram account context from the bot session.
  • The project title, project state, or approximate purchase time.
  • A brief description of the defect or missing deliverable.
  • Screenshots only if they do not expose sensitive third-party data.
