Acceptable Use & Upload Rules

These rules keep YardlyStudio focused on lawful yard and outdoor-property concept work and reduce risk for users, third parties, Telegram, and processors.

Only upload outdoor-property photos and project details that you have the right to use and send for AI processing. Do not upload people, private information, or third-party property without lawful basis and consent.

1. Allowed use

YardlyStudio is for creating AI-assisted concept inspiration for yards, gardens, patios, and outdoor property spaces. The service is not a cloud storage product, social network, marketplace, contractor brokerage, regulated professional service, or tool for creating harmful content.

2. Upload rules

  • Upload only photos, masks, prompts, and notes that you have the right to use and share with YardlyStudio and its processors.
  • Do not upload photos of identifiable people unless you have a lawful basis and their consent.
  • Do not upload third-party private property, interiors, addresses, license plates, documents, faces, children, or private information unless you have a lawful basis and consent.
  • Do not upload personal data beyond what is needed for the yard concept workflow.
  • Do not use YardlyStudio to store or distribute unrelated files.

3. Prohibited content and conduct

  • Illegal content or instructions, regulated goods/services, evasion of law enforcement, or content that violates rights of others.
  • Hateful, harassing, violent, exploitative, sexual, or abusive content.
  • Malware, phishing, credential theft, spam, scraping, unauthorized automation, or attempts to bypass rate limits and moderation.
  • Pirated content, infringing materials, or content you are not authorized to process.
  • Misleading, scam-like, or deceptive behavior, including pretending YardlyStudio or the bot is endorsed by Telegram.
  • External checkout links for the same digital products inside Telegram, non-TON crypto promotion inside the Mini App, or payment workarounds that violate Telegram rules.

4. Enforcement

YardlyStudio may reject uploads, stop jobs, remove data, disable features, block accounts, or contact support/admin operators when content appears to violate these rules, Telegram rules, provider rules, or applicable law.

5. Professional limits

Do not use YardlyStudio outputs as professional advice or final decisions for construction, drainage, permits, electrical/plumbing work, structural changes, plant safety, local compliance, accessibility, fire safety, or contractor selection. Consult qualified local professionals.
